Mark has over twenty-five years experience managing research, development and engineering operations for technology companies. In addition to the operational management of Sydor Instruments, he directs the planning, organizing and management of Production, Custom Engineering and Internal Development Projects, Proposal and Contract Management, Quality Control Systems and Export Compliance. Prior to joining Sydor Instruments in 2006, Mark managed operations for Dimension Technologies Inc. and General Electric Consulting Services.

Dan Rao has spent the last 10 years identifying solutions for defense and space customers, in his work with companies like Harris RF and Phoenix Systems. With expertise in custom imaging systems, electro-optical systems, information assurance, and wireless voice/data communications, Dan serves Department of Defense (DoD), aerospace and private industries to identify systems that provide custom diagnostics where fractions of a second matter. Dan has served Army and Navy customers, driving multimillion dollar program growth, and expanding the product portfolio to meet customer needs.
